Assuming that the Committee will now modify the rules of admission to the Museum so as to eliminate any distinction as to class or race, the Governor will be very happy to carry out the offer made by His Excellency in Council at the Legislative Council on the 10th of September 1880 and propose a renewal of the grant for the year 1881.
